You can cancel your Tiller subscription at any time.
Sign in to the Tiller Console at https://my.tiller.com/
In the top right hand corner open the drop-down menu.
Click the "Subscription" button to open the Billing portal.
Click the "Cancel subscription" button in the Billing portal.
Your subscription will fully cancel at the end of your current billing cycle or trial period if it’s still within the first 30 days. For further details on the implications of account cancellation on your data, you can refer to this guide. Once canceled, your payment method on file (such as a credit card or bank connection) will be fully removed from Tiller’s systems, ensuring no further charges. Additionally, Tiller will stop pulling data from your bank accounts, and any automated communication such as email notifications will cease. Your accounts will remain connected, but Tiller will stop pulling data from your banks after your subscription ends. There will be no automatic disconnection of your linked accounts.
If you wish to cancel immediately, reach out to Tiller support for assistance. This ensures all feeds and automated emails stop right away, and no further data is pulled from your bank accounts. Additionally, if you need to immediately disconnect your accounts and stop data feeds before the subscription ends, you may need to directly contact Tiller's customer support team for assistance.
What happens to my Tiller accounts when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription with Tiller, here's what you can expect regarding your accounts and data:
Data Deletion Upon Request
If you wish to have your account information and data deleted after canceling your subscription, you can request Tiller to do so. Simply contact the support team for assistance with this process.
Need a refund?
If you're canceling your subscription and you've already been charged for our service, but would like a refund, you should request a refund by emailing billing@tiller.com. Be prepared to include additional information such as the invoice number from the receipt email, the last 4 digits of the credit card used, the credit card brand, the date of the charge, and the billing address associated with the payment to ensure your refund is processed without delay.
Refunds are not automatically processed. If further assistance is needed, Tiller support is available to address any issues or guide you in the cancellation or refund process. Refunds are typically credited back to your account within 5-10 business days, including any applicable sales taxes if required.
What happens if I don’t cancel my subscription before the billing date?
If your billing date arrives without cancellation, your card or linked bank method will be charged. Please ensure your cancellation is processed beforehand.
Can I restart my subscription after cancellation?
Yes, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by signing back in to the Tiller Console and re-establishing your payment method.
