Frequently Asked Questions
Does Tiller have a mobile app?
We do not have a native mobile app at this time.
Use the guides below for Apple and Android phone to set up Tiller as a web app on your phone.
Or you can use the Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel mobile apps to access your sheets.
Can I refresh my accounts from my phone?
You can initiate a refresh on your mobile phone from the Tiller Console at https://my.tiller.com/. If you're using Direct Fills Google Sheets the data will fill automatically into your spreadsheet. If you're using Microsoft Excel you'll need to fill data using the Tiller Money Feeds add-in sidebar from a computer.
Can I use Tiller on my iPad?
For access from an iPad we recommend using a browser like Google Chrome rather than the Google Sheets or Excel apps because you can access the add-on/add-in using the browser since it is similar enough to a computer browser.
When accessing your spreadsheet from the browser on an iPad and using Google Sheets you'll need to "Request the desktop site" to be able to access the Extensions menu to launch Tiller Money Feeds.
Here is some additional advice from the Tiller Community for using Tiller on an iPad.
